Joseph L. Chiappetta Jr. is serving a 35-year sentence in Arizona for a white-collar theft. He has been a teacher’s aide and has helped dozens of inmates earn their High School Equivalency Diplomas. Chiappetta developed and facilitated a Prerelease and Employability Course.
